Michael A. Foley was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his BFA degree in commercial photography from The Ohio State University. In 1993, he joined Rycus Associates Photography, a full service commercial photography studio and is currently a part owner of the business. The studio is located in the Arena District in downtown Columbus.
Foley�s photographs appear regularly on the covers and inside pages of Columbus Monthly magazine and related ACN publications. His work has been widely published in several other local, regional and national publications, including American Banker, Automotive News, People, Fortune, Forbes, Time, Meredith Corporation and Better Homes and Gardens publications, USA Today and numerous national consumer trade magazines.
He is recognized for his fine portraiture of Columbus� most well-known and influential businessmen and women, judges, politicians, philanthropists and community leaders.
